Engaged pedagogy in Engineering classrooms

I’m looking for engineering professors who are interested in envisioning and partaking in engaged pedagogy within their classrooms. For those unfamiliar with engaged pedagogy, it is a way of teaching, shared by bell hooks, that centers the wholeness of all actors within a classroom and their well-being. It is also a pedagogy that requires and promotes the goal of self-actualization and freedom within all actors in the classroom. As I continue to think of ways in which this pedagogy can exist within engineering cultures, I’d love to connect with engineering professors to simply exchange thoughts and engage in critical thinking about engaged pedagogy.
