I’m looking for engineering professors in the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti area to collaborate with. I would love an opportunity to explore how you can create a more psychologically safe classroom with you. I’ll observe your class and work with you to understand how your unique strengths and experiences shape your teaching. In return, I’ll share insights to help you build a more optimal classroom dynamic!

3. We’ll jump in together. This might include a simple personality test and me sitting in on your class. From there, I’ll give you some tips and ideas to try out.
